Viasat provides global high speed satellite communications to business and VVIP aircraft as well as to other markets. Viasat does this by designing, building, and managing its own fleet of the highest capacity Ka-band satellites, and also by designing its own antennas and other hardware for the aircraft shipset. Viasat can be installed by most OEMs and bizav MROs. Service is available directly from Viasat or through its service resellers.

For more than 40 years, operators of aircraft large and small have relied on Thornton Aviation for their maintenance and modifications. A Part 145 repair station with FAA approval for more than 61 aircraft, we have the technicians, tools and talent to do the job. Because many of our technicians worked for flight departments, we understand your perspective and your pressures. That’s why we communicate during the project, and why we’re as flexible as possible when it comes to schedule.
