Our search portal was created to provide business jet or private jet buyers a trustworthy and efficient way to identify, locate, and purchase pre-owned aircraft from the most ethical dealers and brokers in the world.

Only IADA Accredited Aircraft Dealers may list used aircraft for sale in our search portal, where buyers can shop from an average of 500 listings at any given time. IADA Accredited Aircraft Dealers participate in rigorous ongoing education to remain current on best practices and new developments in the aviation industry, and in acquiring and selling business aircraft.

In 2019, our inaugural year, AircraftExchange facilitated $5.4 billion in sales for 615 aircraft, averaging 1.7 transactions per day, about 60 percent of all pre-owned aircraft sales worldwide.

About Our Listings

Each pre-owned aircraft offered for sale on AircraftExchange undergoes a thorough vetting process, including an examination of serial numbers, tail numbers, and other identifying features to assess the validity of the dealer’s exclusive listing.

Listings are enriched with relevant data that aid private and business jet buyers in the decision-making process: airframe, including total hours, cycles, maintenance tracking, and program coverage; engines, including engine serial numbers, hours since new, and cycles since new; APU, including description, serial number, total time since new, and total cycles since new; avionics; navigation systems and compliance; interior features of the aircraft, including entertainment; exterior features; weights, including maximum take-off, landing, and zero fuel weight; the aircraft’s documented inspection history; and more.

About the International Aircraft Dealers Association

The International Aircraft Dealers Association is a professional association of aircraft dealers, brokers, and business aviation support service companies that conduct business in more than 100 countries.

The association began in 1991, when eight of the country’s leading aircraft dealers determined that aircraft buyers and sellers desired the highest level of ethics, experience, standards, and trust in their transactions. The organization later established a rigorous accreditation process to complement its 14-point code of ethics that guarantees they will always conduct themselves honorably and represent the best interests of their clients.

Today, fewer than 7 percent of the 730 aircraft dealers worldwide have earned this prestigious accreditation from IADA, which continues its constant presence around the world and international expertise in pre-owned aircraft sales.
